How captures work
A capture is one photo Acier analyzes with AI. Every account starts with 10 free captures. Each plan adds a one-time bonus when you buy it, and captures you have never expire, even if you change plans or cancel.
A room scan uses one capture per photo. A single item in a specialty mode uses one capture however many angles you take. If a scan fails to come back, its captures are returned.
Coverage costs no captures. Uploading a policy, running an assessment and chatting with the Underwriter Agent are included with Pro and Pro+.
